I love my mothers' cookies so much. She used to make them for us on many occasions: birthday parties, religious holidays, weekends and sometimes without any special occasion. The general ingredients used in these cookies are: flour, eggs, sugar, almonds, nuts, peanut, chocolate, caramel, butter and other ingredients. These cookies are typically Algerian and traditional, some of them are just known in the capital. Although she taught me the way of preparation and the recipes, her cookies are still the best because she has her own way of preparation and decoration.
