Greatest Thanks

I had been excited

Because of my first experience

That was so amazing and fantastic

Because of traveling by plane for my first time

I had gotten a feeling

How lucky I am

But I felt sad on one side

Because of leaving my home country

Anyway, I accepted the challenges

To design my new life

And I have arrived in a world-famous city

That is called New York

Even the pilot said warmly “welcome” I heard

But I felt so cold

The difficult experience I met

That was the language

But I have gotten the helping hand during my depression

That was the Andrew Romay New Immigrant Center that helped me a lot

Now I feel comforted

Because of getting confident

There is one word I would like to say:
